Prok\u00e1zalo se, \u017ee se tyto protil\u00e1tky v\u00e1\u017e\u00ed\u00a0 na r\u016fzn\u00e9 encefalitogenn\u00ed molekuly.\u00a0 Kdy\u017e\u00a0 provedete testy\u00a0 na p\u0159\u00edtomnost protil\u00e1tek\u00a0 IgG, IgA,IgG proti ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00fdm peptid\u016fm, mohou b\u00fdt\u00a0 v\u00a0seru hodnoty ELISA\u00a0 vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e\u00a0 0,30.D.\u00a0 U\u00a0 pacient\u016f s\u00a0coelik\u00e1ln\u00edm<\/p>\n<p>onemocn\u011bn\u00edm, glutenovou ataxi\u00ed\u00a0 a pozd\u011bji t\u00e9\u017e u autismu byly prok\u00e1z\u00e1ny protil\u00e1tky proti r\u016fzn\u00fdm\u00a0 gliadinov\u00fdm protein\u016fm.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Glutenov\u00e1\u00a0 sensitivita nebo-li\u00a0 glutenov\u00e1 ataxie:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Jedna z\u00a0nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00edch\u00a0 projev\u016f glutenov\u00e9 sensitivity je neurologick\u00e1 dysfunkce zvan\u00e1 glutenov\u00e1 ataxie. V\u00edce ne\u017e 33% pacient\u016f s\u00a0neurologickou\u00a0 dysfunkc\u00ed a 90% pacient\u016f s\u00a0dermatitidou ve spojen\u00ed\u00a0 s\u00a0glutenovou sensitivitou\u00a0 ma t\u00e1k\u00e9 coelik\u00e1ln\u00ed onemocn\u011bn\u00ed. Zbytek pacient\u016f\u00a0 vykazuje serologick\u00e9 markery anti-gliadinov\u00fdch protil\u00e1tek a genetickou\u00a0 predispozici HLAQ2, ale biopsie nepotrvd\u00ed\u00a0 posti\u017een\u00ed tenk\u00e9ho st\u0159eva. Na z\u00e1klad\u011b epidemiologick\u00fdch studi\u00ed, kter\u00e9 zahrnovaly 200 pacient\u016f, byla glutenov\u00e1 ataxie objevena u\u00a0 40% p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f idiopatick\u00e9\u00a0 sporadick\u00e9 cerebr\u00e1ln\u00ed degenerace. Biopsie prok\u00e1zaly perivascul\u00e1rn\u00ed v\u00fdpotek se z\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00fdmi bunkami,\u00a0 napadaj\u00edc\u00edmi moze\u010dek. Byla zachycena ztr\u00e1ta Purkyn\u011bho bun\u011bk. Tato z\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00e1 reakce vedouc\u00ed\u00a0 ke ztr\u00e1t\u011b Purkyn\u011bho bun\u011bk\u00a0 vedla k\u00a0z\u00e1v\u011bru, \u017ee neurologick\u00e9 posti\u017een\u00ed\u00a0 m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt zprost\u0159edkov\u00e1no imunitn\u00edm syst\u00e9mem.\u00a0 V\u00a0sou\u010dasnosti\u00a0 v\u011bdci st\u00e1le hodnot\u00ed\u00a0 reaktivitu s\u00e9ra pacient\u016f s\u00a0glutenovou ataxi\u00ed, S\u00a0CD\u00a0 bez neurologick\u00e9ho posti\u017een\u00ed a zdrav\u00fdch kontrol.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Stanoven\u00ed opioidn\u00edch peptid\u016f v\u00a0mo\u010di\u00a0 je vy\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed\u00a0 neinvazivn\u00ed( nen\u00ed n\u00e1siln\u00e9) a p\u0159esto unik\u00e1 na\u0161\u00ed pozornosti .<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>V\u00a0\u010cR st\u00e1le nen\u00ed\u00a0 t\u00e9to problematice\u00a0 v\u011bnov\u00e1na pat\u0159i\u010dn\u00e1\u00a0\u00a0 d\u016fle\u017eitost,\u00a0 ani v\u011brohodnost.
